Through Marta’s friendship with my mother Mia, three great murals unfold across the fincas, two of them within the Magic Birdhouse. The Happy Island greets guests in the living room with a radiant Ibizan house, stars scattered in a blue sky where birds fly among cacti and flowers — a vision of Mediterranean serenity. Please, Silence — I’m Meditating reveals a white rabbit at rest, eyes closed yet ears alert, immersed in a bucolic landscape of sea, sun, and moon, inviting calm and harmony.
From the doors, paths extend into gardens alive with blossoms and into the Art Discovery Path, where installations appear quietly between trees and courtyards. Each step carries the promise of colour and imagination, as though the house itself were a mural made for living within.

Luís Lázaro Matos
Luís Lázaro Matos was born in Évora, Portugal, in 1987. He currently lives and works in Bruxelles. The art practice of Luis Lazaro Matos is mostly expressed through drawing, sculpture, animation and installation, inherently diluting the frontiers between disciplines such as design and fine art. Luis’ work often presents itself through architectural counter-proposals, reflecting his interest in drawing as a critical and satirical tool through which modernist and post-modernist utopian visions may be analyzed and reinterpreted.
Marta Fofi
Born in 1972 in Pesaro, Italy, Marta Fofi lives and works in Paris. Fofi is an artist whose vibrant works blend painting, collage, and mixed media to explore themes of identity, memory, and human connection. Her art transforms personal experiences into universal narratives, inviting viewers into a world of color, texture, and emotion.
