Every great escape calls for a great table. The moments that endure are the ones lingered over — meals with music drifting through the air, friends gathered close, sunsets dissolving into night. The garden itself holds a vegetable patch and fruiting trees — so a table is never only a place to eat but a stage where stories unfold, where laughter settles into memory, where time stretches and becomes its own feast.

My mother Mia imagined the finca as a tapestry of tables, each with its own mood and magic. She believes the most enduring moments are the ones lingered over — laughter drawn out across long lunches, music drifting in the background, sunsets dissolving into night. The crackle of the wood-fired oven, the ease of friends gathered close, meals as unhurried as they are true.
A passion project of my mother, Lu Panzù travelled from years on the road to its home at Magic Ibiza. Once a roaming kitchen across Switzerland, it now opens as a space that can turn any corner of the finca into a private street-food festival — intimate, playful, and always alive with the spirit of its journey.

The Club
The Club is where conversation flows as easily as the drinks — a place to gather, refresh, and let the day or night unfold. My mother Mia sets her beloved Loewe chairs here, chosen at the Salone del Mobile in 2023, treasures that carry her values of sustainability, heritage, and craft. They settle naturally into the finca, at home on the island, part of a spirit that celebrates the artistry of Spain.
